Policies

Mission: Our goal is to provide you with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to provide care in an emergency situation to the best of your ability.


Financial Policy

Payment in full is due prior to the start of a class.

If utilizing an online course code, payment must be made in full prior to receiving a course code.


All returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

If rescheduling more than 48 hours prior to a class there is no fee; however the class must be rescheduled within 60 days. If cancelling more than 48 hours prior to the class, a 100% refund may be issued.

If cancelling less than 48 hours prior to a class, a 50% refund will be provided.

If there is a no call/no show to the course, there will be no refund.


Inclement Weather

If the class is cancelled due to severe weather, we will communicate via phone and email as soon as possible.  We will reschedule the class together at a mutually beneficial time.


Lateness Policy

We recommend arriving to the class at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to get settled and square away any business prior to the start of the skills testing or classroom lesson. However, if you arrive 15 or more minutes late from the start time, you will be asked to reschedule.  Your rescheduled class must take place within 60 days.  No refund will be provided.
